We used Kylie to sell our home after we had a horrible experience with another realtor. Even though our home was not in the area she would handle, she was on top of things and worked incredibly hard to get the very best deal for our home. She was able to help guide us through some very hard and unusual circumstances in the sale. Very early on in the selling process, I knew we would be using Kylie to purchase our next home. I do not regret that decision at all. Kylie's knowledge and network of experts made the process to purchase as easy as buying a home can be. She treated us like we were her only client. Also she listened to what our needs and wants were. While she could not find us the "perfect" house, if there is such a thing, she did find us a home we love. If you don't have an agent, I would recommend her 100%. I would say after talking to her you will want her working for you. Anybody i know that is buying or selling I pass Kylie's name on to them.
